Delivered the frontend design of £35m World-Class Repair Facility (North America) and managed international cross-functional business change team (30 FTE). Enabled £4.5bn business benefit.
Successfully re-engineered the end-to-end processes & procedures for a significant operational business division and managed the implementation of knowledge management system, enabling £10m efficiency saving.
Managed the fast pace mobilisation & deployment of new technology (7500 units - £2.5m) with a multi-discipline team & 3^rd party suppliers, delivering 60% increase in operational performance and completed rollout 6 weeks earlier than scheduled.
Managed the introduction of a data driven algorithm that prioritised workflow, providing improved financial decision making and increased field operational performance (£870k in year saving).
Conceptualised and managed the Agile development & release of a smartphone barcode scanning app. Delivered on time and improved Warehouse Management Goods Receipt process efficiency by 80%.
Managed the design, build, commissioning & operation of a full-scale test rig for proving the operational capabilities of remotely operated vehicles (£1m BROKK) (included writing test scripts) and gained Regulator Design Authority approval (6 FTE).
